By thoroughly polishing the core technology of cutting with BT30 machining centers, we drastically reduce costs and enhance quality. In addition to the technology we have cultivated so far, we will further develop it using IoT technology.

In terms of assembly process, we have introduced a cell production method to respond to demand fluctuations. Because Productivity and quality is greatly influenced by human skills, we focus on improving the mechanism of Karakuri and Poka-yoke.

We manufacture products every day through constant changes. The key points are how to provide a stable supply of products to our customers, and when inspections are conducted by setting up checkpoints in each section from material delivery to product shipping.

Engineering section is responsible for production preparation and equipment maintenance. In production preparation, we start production speedily, deal with plan change and try to implement new technologies. In equipment maintenance, we use a backup line which consists of retired machines to deal with unexpected demand from customers and planned maintenance of machines.

We create efficient production plans by controlling material arrangements with short lead times through the flow of goods and information from material procurement to product delivery to deal with varying order plans.

When we handle aluminum die casting material, internal leak of the case parts can occur due to its characteristics. IKE has been working on the development of leak testers to prevent defective products from leaving the factory. We also sell our in-house equipment based on the know-how we have cultivated.
